Comfortable base for exploring New Market with very friendly and helpful staff at the reception desk. The location is stunning, being really close to the river for tubing and to New Market, VA. A quiet and excellent hotel, my top choice in New Market.

The staff is unprofesional and stuborn

simple hotel, accommodating staff on the reception desk, everything was great. plenty of goodies for breakfast. marvellous and handy location for new market, next to new market battlefield, restaurants. also, in the shenandoah national park. easy check-in, parking onsite. the pool was nice, comfortable to sit around.

Great spot with pretty decent cleanliness levels. Awesome mountain views in the background. 😍 The folks at the front desk are super friendly and helpful. Definitely a top choice around here!

Nothing except staff is acceptable

Breakfast was very bad. No drinking water offered. Only 5 towel offered for a family.

Beds were very comfortable, breakfast satisfactory. Good place to stop for a quick overnight.

The location of this place is fantastic, being close to the charming downtown area, with attractions like endless caverns and beautiful mountain views from the room.

The price and location of the hotel. The breakfast was also good, its inside a restaurant that is attached to the hotel that isn't in business anymore. They have a game room with 3 pool tables and like 8 arcade games for the kids and a Foosball game. My overall stay was a good one....

They have a pool but the heater was broken so since we stayed in Dec the pool was of course cold, but other then that everything was worth the money.

Fixtures and fittings a little dated but ok. I would have liked a microwave in my room though there was one in the breakfast room to be used any time.
